About the Company
Keystone Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated home inspection business serving the
greater Cleveland, Ohio area in Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties. Keystone Home Inspections is a one person operation, not
a large inspection firm where you the client become a number. I feel this type of organization best satisfies the needs of
my clients by devoting my personal individual time with them. I understand that purchasing a home can be a very stressful
time in ones life. My goal as your home inspector is to educate you about the condition of the home so you can make an informed
decision upon purchase. I will conduct a non invasive, unbiased visual inspection of the home and its systems, reporting on
conditions of the home, both positive and negative.
My Qualifications I am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). To reach
member status with ASHI, all inspectors must pass the National Home Inspectors Exam, the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code
of Ethics Exams and complete no fewer than 250 fee paid Home Inspections. Reports are reviewed by ASHI’s report verification
team to insure that the home inspector is following the ASHI Standard of Practice and providing proficient inspection reports.
